Synopsis
Carmen works as a flower picker while also take care of her small household, which consists of her daughter Marcela and her current partner, Jaime. Trapped in her routine, Carmen discovers that her daughter and partner have been having an affair behind her back. Confused and desperate, Carmen tries to restore order within her family and regain her partner's affection, despite knowing about their relationship.
The first and only shortfilm I have directed, created as part of my coursework while studying Audiovisual Communication, for a Film course during my sixth semester.
All image rights and distribution rights belong to DUOC UC, which meant the film was never able to purse a festival run. However, since being uploaded to YouTube, it has reached over 11 million views, entirely organic and without any promo campaign.
